AMD Overdrive Is this a good thermal margin temperature

When i stress test my CPU it goes back and forth between 5 and 6 degrees Celsius thermal margin.
My CPU is a AMD FX-8320

is that at MAX load? It isn't great. I like to have 10C at max load. At idle you should have 40C or more.

Not great, but it's not going to hurt your CPU or cause thermal throttling. Stress testing is going to get it hotter than real-world loads anyway, so it's probably fine.

Yes that's at max, all eight cores are at 100% At idle I get at least 40's - 50's and sometimes 60

I agree with @Ecky, you won't hurt anything and you shouldn't get throttling.
