Hey there guys! so for a while I have been contemplating what my pc build should be and now I have finally finalized it! So what do you guys think? Can I use this build for at least 5 years 1080p 60hz?

GPU: Gtx 1070 or Gtx1060 (Depends on availability and price)
PSU: Cooler Master Cx650m
Case: Nzxt S340
CPU: Inter i5 7600k
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
MOBO: Asus Prime Z270-P
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR4 2133Mt/s

Some things I think you SHOULD know is that the reason I didn't go fro a ryzen build is that it isn't available in my country and I don't want to import it. Another thing is that my Power Supply and Ram will not be in warranty, is that okay? And Lastly I will not be adding 2 extra fans in my case so I will be using just 2 fans ( one rear exhaust and one bottom front intake) will this be okay or would it cause overheating problems?

Thanks!

5 YEARS?! That's the 1080 Ti is you want 60FPS solid on a 1080p monitor for 5 years. The 1060, even today, won't handle 60FPS with options maxed out on every single game on the market.

Between your two choices the 1070 8GB obviously is the winner but 5 years is a loooooooong time in PC gaming time. It beat the speed of light in a race last week.

Power Supply and Ram will not be in warranty, is that okay?

How can that be okay? I think it was less than a month after I purchased my 970 that it died. I had to RMA it. Perfect since then. Your choice, obviously.

Yes, One intake and one exhaust is okay.

You are purchasing the 7600K. It doesn't come with a cooler. The Cryorig H7 will handle it nice. Also when Oc'd? Yes.

Yea I actually was gonna go for the Cryorig H7 as the cooler, forgot to list it.

Another problem I'm crurrently facing now is that if I go with the 1070 I'll have to go with the i5 7500 or instead

So what's your opinion? i5 7500 Gtx 1070 or i5 7600k gtx 1060
For 1080p 60hz

With the motherboard you chose I'd easily choose the 7600K. If you didn't have a 270 board I'd opt for the 7500. An eventual upgrade in 2 or three years to the 1080(ti?) will net you a very big performance increase. If you did choose the Ti a monitor upgrade would be needed first.

The issue? 1060 and 1070 prices are insanely inflated due to cryptomining.
