I've had my computer for about 4 years, which was built by another person that I bought it from. In the past, it also had problems, and I replaced the PSU and also upgraded the GPU. A few months ago, it also started to have problems. It would constantly either freeze or restart after about 15 minutes of regular use. If it froze, I had to reset it with the power button. If I got lucky, the computer would not freeze at all and the computer would function fine for the rest of the day, until I shut it down at night. I tried to fix this issue by wiping my drive with DBAN, and starting fresh. But the symptoms got worse. Now it hardly even boots into Windows without going into automatic repair, and if it does, it would either freeze, restart, or BSOD very quickly. I have tried getting a new PSU, new RAM, and a new Hard drive. I have also tried updating all my drivers, re-seating the RAM and GPU, using Linux instead, checking for overheating and cleaning the computer. I also found that the computer does not seem to have any problems while in the BIOS. I'm just about ready to give up, please help :(

Specs:
Processor: AMD FX-6300
Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 750 Ti
Power Supply: EVGA 450B
RAM: Patriot Viper 3 8gb (2x4) DDR3 1600MHz (PC3-12800)
Motherboard: BIOSTAR A960D+ Micro ATX
Hard Drive: Western Digital Blue 1TB
OS: Windows 10 64-Bit

UPDATE: I cleaned the inside of my computer and applied new thermal paste. I can actually use my computer now, but the problem still occasionally comes back. If this is a heating issue, apparently, how can I fix it? I've already plugged in another intake fan. I now have 2 intake and 2 exhaust fans.

Solution
probably your motherboard´s voltage regulators are getting too hot (on the left next to the CPU) or capacitors are getting defective
