Hey guys,

I've been having a problem with my Graphics card, which is the error code 43. It's really frustrating the Graphics Card was working fine and then in all of a sudden it reboot itself with low resolution, so I checked the device manager and it says error code 43 on my graphics card.

My Specs:

OS: Windows 10 (64 Bit)
Graphics Card: GTX970
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H
Processor: Intel i5 4690

Here's a list for what I've done to resolve this error:

Uninstalled my Graphics Card driver and reinstall it with old and latest versions (Multiple times).
Update my Windows to the latest version.
Reset my Windows.

P.S: sometimes it works fine and then the PC reboot itself with low resloution, when that happens I check my device manager and it says error code 43.

Whats your PSU ? Do you have another one handy ? Did you try putting the card in the other slot ? Do you have another gpu to test with ?

My PSU is XFX 650w 80+ Bronze, and I don't have another on to test on. I tried my card in the other slot still same issue. Unfortunately no I don't have another GPU

I suspect either the GPU is going or the PSU is going. I just have a feeling that because your computer is restarting that its your PSU

Update: I checked my GPU today and when I boot the system the GPU fans spin for about 10 seconds and then it stops, but the LED light on the GPU is working fine.

Ok what Brand card do you have? I Think that is normal because the fan only comes on at a certain temp ? Are you monitoring temps ?

My GPU is: MSI GTX 970. I checked the temps with "Open Hardware Monitor" but it couldn't recognize it I guess , however, everything besides that on normal temp. Btw when I started up the PC it got a bit glitchy with red lines, so I think my GPU is dying.

Update: I purchased a new GPU which is MSI GTX1060 , and it works perfectly fine. Btw thanks to Sydneyblue203 for trying to help me out on the issue, however, there's nothing could happen to resolve it.
