Hello guys, I bought a GTX 1080 Gaming X Plus 2 weeks ago, and while playing games like Witcher 3, The Division and Metro Last Light on maximum settings in 1080p it hits near 81 degrees. I have an aggressive fan curve in Afterburner (hits 80% fan speed in 70°C and 100% in 75°C) and my ambient temperature is about 32°C. My gaming sessions last about 16 hours but I dont always play demanding games. Is my card running too hot for those games in those conditions? Thanks in advance for your reply.

if u are maxing settings then its normal for card to reach 80ish in temps.ambient also have an effect in temp as well.also depends on your desktop case and cooling capabilities.
