I have a razer naga but whenever i turn off/sleep my computer the pointer start moving 2 inches when i lift and put down the mouse.

I have calibrated the mouse in razer synapse but i have to do it everytime i start up my computer from a sleep or shut down state.

I have got the mouse replaced but still have the same exact problem.

I have gone through a bunch of troubleshooting from razer but non have fixed the problem

troubleshooting included:
reinstalling synapse software while deleting every razer thing in my computer including using revo uninstaller to delete left over files

used ccleaner to well clean the computer or files and to fix the registry

reset the mouse using the left mouse button, right mouse button and scroll wheel press down combination to reset the mouse. non of which has fixed my problem.

why is my computer not remembering that i have a calibration for my mouse saved in synapse. the calibration still shows as being active but the mouse does not respond accordingly. any idea of how to fix this issue as i think it's my computers fault and not the mouse. thanks

1. if you lift mouse from table and put it down, sure it will do that, the laser is trying to fid a surface
2. flip your mouse over and blow some air into the laser spot. could be a hair (yes a hair)
3. what surface are you moving your mouse on (glass or textured tables can be issue, are you using a proper mouse pad?

it's goes way beyond these problems. I have a g-sr mousepad by zowie, one of the best mousepads. i have tried cleaning the mouse a lot already. plus it's normal for it too jump half a cm but not 2 inches everytime i lift or put down the mouse.
