What case fans should I buy for 400Q???

Your Corsair 400Q already comes with 1x 120mm fan (AF120L, 1300 RPM, 57CFM) pre-installed at the rear and 1x 140mm (AF140L, 1000 RPM, 67CFM) pre-installed at the front. I would re-mount the front pre-installed 140mm to the top exhaust (for a total 124CFM exhaust flow at max. RPM), then, buy two more low-speed 1x 140mm fans for the front intake at >124CFM for "positive pressure":
