Solution
Enter the BIOS by pressing either F2 or the Delete key when prompted from starting the computer. As I don't know what motherboard you have or what version of the BIOS is installed, just look for an option in the BIOS that deals with system information or hardware information. From there, just navigate to find your RAM and find your information.

What does your BIOS read your memory as? As far as I know, PC3 14200 is not the designator for 1866MHz RAM modules. That frequency is always designated as PC3 14900. I've looked around and found that CPUz can show the wrong information regarding DRAM modules. Double check through your BIOS as I'm sure it's PC3 14900.
