Hi would a ryzen 5 1600x oc be good for streaming games like black ops 3 and player unknown battlegrounds paired with a 1080 ti

Yes, it'll be an excellent setup, especially if you're playing at 4K, and streaming at something like 1080p. It'd handle everything pretty nicely, thanks to all those cores on that CPU. However, if you haven't already bought it, get the Ryzen 5 1600 and save yourself some money. The 1600X isn't all that better over the 1600, and comes with a capable stock cooler as well. You could probably OC a 1600 to 1600X frequencies with a good cooler.
