Hi, I have a Toshiba 1TB external mobile drive and I've ran into a problem. Now, I want to clarify that the device WAS working for several months on windows 10 with no problems but just recently it doesn't allow me to delete, move, or copy files on to or off of it. But I can PLAY videos and view pictures on it. When I want to remove a picture or other file off of it, it brings up the loading bar but never progresses. After several minutes, an error message appears saying :
"The destination you have specified does not exist. It might be an offline network location or an empty CD or DVD drive. Check the location and try again."
It still allows me to access the drive after the message appears, meaning that it somehow detects it but doesn't at the same time? Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks!
(PS, I've restarted many times, shut down many times, as well as disconnected and reconnected the drive many times. I've also looked AT MANY different forum posts about this and they don't seem to be too similar to my problem)
