As long as the form factor matches, a higher wattage quality PSU never hurts. But some SFF or OEM systems don't like standard PSU. If you are upgrading to game and needed the PSU with the PCI-E power connectors for a mid to upper card, get a 1060 GTX, the I5 can still handle it.
