About a month ago my cursor would go to my 2nd monitor when playing Rust or League of Legends. I was able to download dual monitor display tool and that would keep it on one monitor, now it doesn't work. I can lock it to the monitor I'm playing on, and then it will eventually go to my 2nd monitor and lock on that one. I have a EVGA GTX 1070 FTW. It doesn't happen on World of Warships. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? It's really pissing me off now.
