Wifi/ Ethernet not detected

I am working on someone's laptop, and they had put Linux on it and wanted me to put windows 7 back on it for them, as they didn't have an installation disc. So after I got windows 7 back on the system, there is no WiFi detected, nor will the Ethernet cable work with it either. It isn't the router, because I currently have 3 other devices connected to it at the moment. The troubleshoot says its missing network drivers, but how am I supposed to get them if i can't even get on the internet through Ethernet either?

You have to use a computer that does have internet access.], then either downlod the dribers to a USB key or burn a CD with them. Transfer the USB or CD to the laptop and follow the install instructions.
