with my budget i can buy a 7th gen i3+ gigabyte h110 and a 8gb ddr4 ram... or spending 25 dollars more i can buy a Core i7 4770 with Gigabyte H81 s2pv motherboard and 8gb 1600 bus RAM.
which one should i buy considering the future upgrade ? and why ? my gpu will be gtx 1050ti.

It depends on the software you use or plan to use, the i7 4770 is more robust compared to the i3 but is older. And when you feliz like its time to upgrade something you might need to change the whole mobo cpu ram combo. For low budget gaming pc People use the g4560 as is cheaper and hold its own compared to an i3

It really depends on what games you want to play. Most newer games really do benefit from 4 true CPU Cores so it may be beneficial for you to get the Core i7 4770. The Core i7 4770 is a pretty good CPU and I don't think you would have to upgrade it for a few years for gaming. The Core i3 on the other hand might need upgraded as soon as you get it because there are some games that just do not play well with a dual Core CPU. As for the future upgrades you will need a new motherboard and RAM if you want to upgrade from the 4770. I think I would go with the 4770 because it just seems like a better deal and you wouldn't have to upgrade for a while anyway. The Core i7 7700 is only about 10% faster anyway as far as ipc goes and it has a little faster clock speed. That's what you would eventually be upgrading to if you went with the kaby lake i3. I don't think it's worth it. It's probably best to get the 4770 now and save up and upgrade 2 or 3 years down the line to Ice Lake or Tiger Lake.

i will mainly use the pc mostly for gaming and daily general activities (facebook, office suit, movies etc). and basically i dont want to upgrade my pc for the next 2-3 years atleast. but i am not sure whether i3 or i7 will handle the upcoming games which will release in 2019-2020.

thanks for the reply,
i will mainly play all the NFS games released after NFS THE RUN, obviously gonna play GTA V, Watch dogs, Fifa, and any type of racing games.
i will not upgrade my pc before 2020 for sure, and will upgrade in such a way that the new processor+mobo+ram costs me around 300 dollar.
