Hello everybody!
Ive searched up my best about this issue and have got no help yet....

About 2 days ago every online game I play has very high ping however another person in my house hold has no issue with this. My internet has a constant speed of 100+mbps and the internet and youtube work perfectly fine so if go to cmd prompt and try ping the results are usually under 43ms I know its not the game servers cause its every online game I have. Also Most games say i have a good connection So I dont know if its ping or latency

I have a custom built gaming rig with a wifi adapter here's some info on it...

Model : Realtek RTL8811AU Wireless LAN 802.11ac USB 2.0 Network Adapter
Its a 500+ MBPS 5G Connector with an antenna It has never had any problem until now. I have reinstalled the drivers and that proved not to help.

If you need anymore information this contact me I can answer (I'm tech savvy)

Try changing your wireless channel. It could be that your neighbors got a 5ghz router and are broadcasting at a similar sub-frequency, causing crosstalk.

I looked through my Router settings and could not find the QOS or Bean forming however I dont think its a problem with my router because I have another gamer in this house hold not having this problem also this problem randomly started 2 days ago So i dont feel as if any settings have changed that led to the issue

How far are you from the router compared to the other gamer? 5ghz microwaves and, by extension, Wireless AC, doesn't penetrate walls all too well. If you have more than two walls between you and the router, you're going to see increased latency.

But is he closer? The number of walls the microwaves must penetrate matters. The direction doesn't matter. A floor vertically is just the same as a wall, sometimes better because it's thinner.

he is further and also it would not be a problem with how far away my router is cause I have not moved my computer and ive never had a problem until now
