So about a week ago my psu shat the bed. Yesterday I went and brought a new one and installed it, now my computer starts up fine but shuts down when after a couple of minutes of it being on. Once it has shut down it will turn itself back on then beep. The beep is beeeep beep beeeep beep like a 1212 sort of thing. I have no clue what I'm doing

Try that first for sure will help eliminate whether it's a PSU issue. You need to know if your power source is fully functional.
