I ordered a GTX 1080TI STRIX off Amazon and it still hasnt shipped

I ordered a new GTX 1080TI STRIX off Amazon about 9 days ago and it still hasnt shipped. I noticed that It wasnt in stock after I already payed for it but it said it would be back in stock on july 9, then 2 days later it moved to july 11th, then 14th now it says 19th and the amazon shipping expectancy is July 19 to 24. I would cancel the order but the thing is I wont get the import fee back. The order was total came to be 1100$ when it said it was only 881$ on the invoice. how long will the item take to actually get to the seller? what can I do?

Im in Australia and 700$ US equals 1000$ AUS.

How can you not get the import fee back if they haven't actually imported it yet? You might get in touch with Amazon support to file a claim through them, they can usually get you your entire total back.

It has shipped now. but if I did do what you said it wouldnt matter anyway because It turns out even with the unexpected Fees I still got it for cheaper than everywhere else.
