I can't change my back lighting color on my K55 keyboard. The software doesn't detect it. It starts off as Left side is blue middle is lighter blue then on the right it goes red. I can't change the color with the macros or software

Did you try changing the USB ports? I usually have to change them from a USB 3.0 to a 2.0 slot every so often. Try that out. Maybe reinstall the software?
