Hello guys i note that my graphic cart run with only one fan and the second one spinning only on the boot of the windows then it stop
I heard that the second one spinning only when the graphic cart geting so hot so i made it hot and it stop at 84°
I used msiafterburn for run the fan 100% then and like that the second one spinning fastly the tmpeirater was 70°

Might be a fan failure. I had the same problem with my GTX 770 twin frozr, first one fan didn't spin (unless started manually), eventually the second fan developed a same problem and eventually they both completely died.
