So I have a PC that has been acting slow for some reason all of a sudden i noticed all of my games running in extreme slow motion I have no clue and the games are running at over 30 FPS I barely run anything at startup i have updated graphics card to latest drivers (geforce GTX 770) and all other processes are usually under 100,000 besides games and The games are effected even if they are single or multi player I have no clue PLS help.
