Frontal audio output only gives static noise

Frontal audio input (microphone) works perfectly, but the output (headphones) only gives noise. I've updated Realtek drivers but there's no improvement. I restarted the PC and noticed that the noise is there from the moment I start the PC, then accessed BIOS and noticed that the noise here was lower but it was making extra noise when I was moving the mouse, like a magnetic interference or something. I can understand that this kind of interferences happen but not the fact that there's only noise, no sound.

check whether your earthing system is working fine.

It's the earthing system in your house, if the earthing system is not working correctly, your computer case might have small current running trough it and that can cause a little static noise in the sound system.

Hm, I definitely think noise is because of the PSU, this PC is a MiniITX with a Full ATX PSU that is located just under frontal ports...
