What liquid cooler should i buy Max 90$ for i7 7700K

I have the i7 7700k and the Cryorig H7 cooler but after seeing that im getting 80 C while playing CSGO i think i need to upgrade, What liquid cooler should i buy Max 90$ for i7 7700K.,
i was thinking about the Arctic Liquid Freezer 240.

Did you overclock? That would explain the temperatures. Depending on your setup Arctic Liquid Freezer 240 is a good choice, however for that budget I recommend a large air cooler: Noctua NH-D15/D14 (best performance which matches an AIO)- but much more quiet; or If you don't like the look of the fans, get a beQuiet Dark Rock Pro 3 (very quiet-like the Noctua; performance like 2C worse than the Noctua, and beautiful to look at). P.S. I have a beQuiet Dark Rock Pro 3 so I am speaking from experience.

I didn't overclock, the Noctua-D15/D14 wont fit my case neither will the Dark Rock Pro 3, max 158mm

Then get the Arctic Liquid Freezer 240 if it's compatible. Since you have a smaller case, an AIO is more comenneded since it will not dump heat from the CPU in the case.
