Let me put some backstory into this so you have a better understanding:

I was first using integrated graphics (more specifically: AMD A4-7300's 8470D) but I finally decided to buy a graphics card (R7 360). I bought a molex as well to supply the GPU with power. Now I know that I'm getting bottleknecked real hard right now as the A4-7300 works crappy with the r7 360, but I am still waiting for my 880k to arrive so I had to deal with it for now (or...I was dealing with it). Out of nowhere I smell smoke from my PC like...from a fire! The smoke wasn't visible and it was just a little smell so no big of a deal. I open up my PC and see that my molex has burnt up. Now my first quick question is: how did it burn up? (I rarely shutdown my PC and put it in sleep most of the time and someone I know says that that is the case.)

But that's not the deal. I decided to work with integrated graphics for now until my new molex arrives. But, for some reason, when I tried to start up CS:GO an engine error popped up saying 'Your graphics hardware does not support all features (CSM) needed to run this game. Device info: ...yadda yadda yadda...DriverName: "Microsoft Basic Render Driver"' So I go to device manager but it says 'AMD Radeon HD 8470D' in Display Adapters. So I'm like WTF!? I download the drivers from: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/desktop-apu-drivers.aspx

It says successfully installed whatever after the installation finished but still comes up with the same error when I try to run CS:GO again!? (BTW was working fine at first before i got my GPU and crap). I ONLY TRIED INSTALLING THE DRIVERS ONCE BEFORE I WROTE THIS AND WILL TRY ONCE AGAIN WHEN I POST THIS.

Now, I am terribly sorry for writing a whole essay for you guys to read but I am really annoyed. Thanks for your support!

Solution
Double check the bit-ness of the driver you installed. They list specific 32 bit and 64 bit drivers for the A4-7300 APU. Go to the control panel, click on system, and on there it will tell you either '32bit system' or '64bit system'. Download the correct bitness and OS from here:

http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/desktop-apu-drivers.aspx (you had the right page).

Then:

1) Uninstall the AMD Catalyst drivers and software through the control panel - programs and features
2) Reboot.
3) Install the new (correct) AMD Catalyst drivers and software that you downloaded.

@J_E_D_70
I have removed it completely. I also want to update on what has been going on. I think I tried to download the drivers from the wrong place. I went over to http://support.amd.com/en-us/download and tried it on there. This error came up: "No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware. I DID NOT uninstall the r7 360's drivers so I think that might be the problem. I am going to try putting the GPU back and quickly do the uninstallation process. I was hesitant at first because it didn't say the GPU's drivers in device manager, only 8470D. So I'm going to try this tomorrow as it is late at night right now.
