How much should I sell my graphic cards for?

Hello all,
I have two MSI GeForce GTX 980 Gaming 4G (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127834). They've never been overclocked or tampered with, both of them almost looking new. How much should I sell them for? I am upgrading to a 1080Ti here in a few days. No rush into selling them, just was curious how the market is for them.
Thanks!

There are many deciding factors when it comes to buying and selling computer components.
It depends on when you sell them, how demanding the market is at the time, and where you sell them.
On a normal day, you can easily sell them for 200-250 each on a popular selling website like ebay. However, due to the recent demand for high-end cards (due to crypto-currency mining), these days you can probably find a buyer for 250-300 each.

These prices vary day to day and selling them on a local selling site (Kijiji, Craigslist, etc.) might not have the same demand for cards, causing your to lower the price to find a buyer.

Good luck, hope this helps.

Around 200 dollar.

Do you recommend me to sell them on eBay for betting starting at 200$ (before the mining faze dies)? Or should I just sell them to a starting gamer for 200-250$ (we all started there once, gotta give them a chance too). Should I sell them both together or separate?(I did have them SLI'd). Not in a huge rush to sell them, but rather sell them before something happens to them and they become paperweights. Thanks for the decently quick reply!

I think youd make more money by selling them separately on eBay for betting starting at $200 each, that way people would be able to bid them into the high 200s or even 300+. Selling them low to a starting gamer is a nice thing to do but would probably be grabbed by someone who just wants to resell them at a higher price.

Awesome, thank you very much for the help. I think someone locally here is looking for an upgrade so I will ask if he's interested. If not, I will be going the eBay route. Again, thank you very much.
