Hello, i got a Switching Power Supply 500W G&T Golden Tiger from here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/222263985941?rmvSB=true , i have a question, is this Power Supply is good for my Setup? is it good as EVGA or Corsair or whatever companies?

Power%20supply.jpg

my PC Setup:

CPU: intel core i5 7600k

CPU Cooler: CoolerMaster 212 EVO

GPU: MSI B250M Mortar

Ram: Ballistix Sport LT 16GB (4X4GB) DDR4 2400

Graphics Card: GTX 1060 Gigabyte 3GB OC

100% agree with that statement and the PSU choice. The 4x4 setup isn't actually bad. The board is dual channel so installing 4 modules still complies with the manufacturer's recommendation. It just makes the CPU run a we bit hotter. It will use just a wee bit more power as well. 2x8GB is the preferred setup. Not a bad thing. It just isn't ideal. But of course there are those who purchased 2 x 4GB due to price and upgrade with another 2 x 4 kit. A new 16GB kit ensures compatibility. Another 2 x 4 kit, even though is identical, is not always compatible.

How does running 4 RAM sticks make the CPU run hotter?

Later, if OP adds 2 more sticks, won't it be the same 4 stick problem, which if it is indeed a problem, OP is better off swapping the 2x8 sticks with 2x16 sticks.

To answer both of your questions not really hotter just more stress on the memory controller.
For the memory usually they work just fine without doing anything and if not some adjustments in BIOS will get them stable.

i know that the CPU won't have a Stock CPU Cooler, i also didn't know that the 4X4GB Ram will cause a memory stress, i just want i good frequency/Mhz for my PC Setup, but that's not my question now, i'm asking about the Power Supply, is it good? will it be good for my PC Setup?

I haven't ever heard of this brand of PSU. Looking at the page/URL, the PSU specs on paper seem just about adequate, but the quality and construction seems very poor. Even some of the better brand PSUs sometimes have real output a little less than claimed, with a PSU like this one, I'd be wary.

Use this as a baseline :

and add maybe 25% on top.

Same answer here is a copy and paste.
That is garbage and a fire hazard.
