"Should I buy a new psu then?"
Don't do that based only on a wild guess on my part; I recommend adding the wattage usage of your computer's "innards" and attachments before purchasing a power supply.
I think you may have replaced the hard drive several times unnecessarily, as it's very unlikely that all three new drives in a row would have been faulty.

Always test hard drives with the manufacturer's diagnostic software, don't decide they must be faulty just from the Reallocated sector count in the SMART data. This data is often misunderstood by those with little experience of what the values actually mean.

I tested it on seagate diagnostic tool. It showed SMART Fail while scanning for problems.

My first wild guess: could it be the power supply is no longer supplying enough power to the hard-drive? Was any major or number of hard-ware pieces added recently? My other wild guess: could it be the motherboard's HD/FD controller circuitry and/or cabling is becoming faulty?
