No Screen rotation

just to make sure.. do you have screen rotation activated?
try pulling down the top of the screen and there should be an option to lock it in, or let it rotate as you are holding it.

Thank you for the solution. I ended up shutting the screen down and holding the power button down for about 20 seconds.
For some reason this solution worked!! I do have the auto-rotate. I checked it, it was showing in working order. I have yet to
really understand the solution, but it worked!! Thank you again.
