Hey, I purchased an EVGA GTX 1070 Superclocked a month ago. Fans were working flawlessly until today. I was playing a game then temperatures have risen up to 95 degrees. At first I couldn't understand the problem. Then I noticed that fans were not spinning.
I'm using MSI Afterburner, although I set fans speed to 100%, they dont spin at all.
Any ideas how to fix this annoying issue?
Thank you.

If the fans arent working I wouldnt risk the company blaming you for the damage. Running it to even test a driver would do more harm. Let the company worry about making sure it works with a driver change.

Well something is not right.
See if the option if you have EVGA precision running with the card of 0db is enabled.

If it is you need to turn it off.

The cards fans should start to spin the moment the gpu on the card reaches about 60c in temp.

Is the problem hardware-related? Is there anything I can do about software? Like waiting for a driver update or something.

The fans very well could be defective. You are probably under warranty so I suggest you send it back to the manufacturer and get it fixed. I recommend you don't use it as you may cause damage to the IC and also don't tamper with it as it will void your warranty. It could also be your PSU (one particular port) but most likely not since your whole card is working and you are getting display.

My PSU is Corsair CX650M. It is an 80+ Bronze PSU so I think that has to be enough to power everything in my rig.
