If i5 2400 is better for upcoming games

Hi there I am going to build a low budget PC for games like GTA v ,mafia 3 , so I have 2 thought CPU i5 2400 and g4560 which one should I buy iam very confused give me a suggestion,I know the g4560 is new release but I don't have money I have already my old CPU spares like ddr3 ram,harddisk ect,,so only i need processor and motherboard
