B350M Ram usage issue have 2400MHZ and it shows I have 1197MHz..

thats my pc ^^^
and I bought 16 GB 2400MHZ it shows I have 1200MHZ.. Exactlay a half.
What is the problem guys?
The pc is new and and all the drivers are updated by IObit driverbooster.

That is correct. With Double Data Rate (DDR) memory, you have to double the actual speed to get the effective speed. Your memory is indeed running at 2400 MHz. DDR RAM reads/writes twice per cycle.
