I need help, i have an amd fx - 6300 processor that runs at 3.5 ghz, which isnt so bad in my opinion. But whenever I want to play a game, like CSGO, Overwatch, League of Legends etc. While im playing the game every couple minutes it spikes down to 1.3 ghz and my fps in game drastically decreases, if anybody can tell me why this is happening that would be greatly appreciated!!

Sounds like its getting hot and downclocking. If the PC isn't still under warrenty you may want to get a better heat sink.
