Is this pc good enough for 1080p medium to high settings with 50-60+ fps?

I have bough everything except the gpu because gpus are way too hard to find right now. I was going with a 1060 3gb at first or an rx 570. But had to choose a 1050ti. note all the parts have prices that are in my country or parts which I have already bought. Im not sure what games I want to play. Gta v, witcher 3, a ps3 emulator maybe, idk.

That card definitely meets system requirements. Although getting 50 - 60fps on high settings probably aren't going to cut it. Try to see if you can find a gtx 970 / 980 for a decent price. Otherwise you may have to wait until the Etherium craze dies down(which should be soon)
