Assistance in deleting a volume in a partition to a smaller size and adding volume in Partition to another is there a phone number to call that I can have someone to help me I'm not a hundred percent sure and how to adjust it I know how to extend the volume but I don't know how to reallocate the volume that I have somewhere else

You'll need third party software to do this. Windows doesn't allow moving a partition, you can only adjust the size at the end.
As to a phone number to call for assistance, I'm sure you can have your local IT company do it for you, maybe even remotely. But, I don't think anyone is going to waste an hour on the phone with you for free.

1. It would be best to submit a screenshot of Disk Management. If you do, ensure that the screenshot is COMPLETE in that it contains the upper portion of DM displaying the various columns and the data contained in the various partitions. Capiche?
2. If you can't submit such a screenshot, then provide the following information...
A.. I assume the drive involved contains your OS. What is it?
B. List the partition(s) (including their titles) on the involved drive that you want to manipulate, ensuring that the amount of data in each partition is clearly indicated.
C. Clearly indicate WHERE you want to move a partition of the desired size. To another drive? To the same drive? What?
Don't talk in generalities - BE SPECIFIC AS TO PRECISELY WHAT YOUR OBJECTIVE(S) ARE INCLUDING DETAILS AS TO PARTITION SIZES, VOLUME OF DATA, LAYOUT OF THE DISK(S), AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU THINK MIGHT HELP A RESPONDER WHO CANNOT LAY HIS HANDS ON YOUR PC.
