Is this graphics card compatible with a Dell Optiplex 755? It currently has 160 GB, 2 GB RAM, and is using Windows 10 Home as the operating system. Thanks for your help!

My understanding is that the 7750 should work fine. (I'd need to know your motherboard to be exact). I'm not aware of any compatibility issues of LGA775 socket motherboards with a 7750. However I'm not sure of your case size, so you may need to measure it out.

However I believe some have argued that the CPU is potentially not quite powerful enough to keep up with the 7750 without overclocking. So you may experience some bottlenecks depending on your application.

But in short, the GPU should be compatible, IF you have the adequate power supply and sized case.

1. the XFX 7750 has a Minimum Power Supply Requirement: 450 Watt

2. thought the card I am talking about may not be your card, I own a HD 7750 and it needs 450w and 1x6pin (older model)
so saying a 7750 can run on a 200w power supply is erroneous.

3. The compatibility is related to the type of PCIE slot the motherboard has,and in this case the 755 SFF has pcie x16 2.0 so it would work, but you will need to upgrade your power supply, which is a much bigger problem on a SFF versus a normal atx case, the SFX power supplies are rarely found in sizes above 420w.

3a. already mention the card may be too THICK to fit in a Slim Cases. I would get measurements first

4. my suggestion is find a video card that a) doesn't needs 1x6pin pcie connector (as your power supply doesn't have them) and can run on 250w of power, good luck finding anything above at GT730 to run on it, if your a gambling man you could try a GT 1030 Low Profile 2G (needs 300w if it run at max peek ) but run the risk of burning out your PSU

Adding to my previous comment:
Paladin is absolutely right:

Just in case there was any misconception, I am saying that I don't know what motherboard it is, however many of the LGA775 type motherboards I know of have the correct PCI-e slot (I wasn't suggesting the socket is what dictates compatibility) therefore it will likely be compatible.

I was also noting that I don't know your PSU. And therefore as mentioned you will need to check what PSU you require. Same goes with case size.
So just to clarify, I'm saying it IS compatible logically, just I wouldn't be able to tell you if your PSU and Case are acceptable. As Paladin says. the card recommends a 450W PSU, and I wasn't sure what PSU the Optiplex came with. Just to clarify, I was NOT suggesting that everything will be fine :)
