Just looking for a little advice as my gaming PC is pretty loud when under load and I'm trying to pinpoint a component to blame. Please see the video below;

Now I'm sure you're marveling at my masterful cable management and glorious Intel stock CPU cooler but would anyone be able to advice what may be making the racket? This noise is like 5x as bad under real load. I've got plenty of fans but I don't think it's them, I'm leaning towards the CPU cooler or PSU. Only using the Intel CPU due to space issues.

Intel Xeon E3-1230 V3
Gigabyte R9 295X2
16GB 1600MHZ (x2 8GB)
Corsair RM1000

Classic test is to put your finger on the fans one by one to see if the noise stops. Though since you still have the stock intel fan that all but guarantees it is the source of the noise.

You can try other low height CPU coolers like the
Noctua NH-L9i or x65 (taller) variant
Cyrorig C7

Figured as much. As you can see it's a tight squeeze already with the GPU radiator fan right next to it.

I've got a CPU water cooler but it was one of the most frustrating things I've ever tried to install and when I turned the PC back on the CPU was hotter than Mercury.

A new case maybe...
