Hello, I plan to get a Ryzen 5 1600 CPU accompanied by a Gigabyte GA-AB350M-Gaming 3 motherboard. Now my issue is I can't decide which RAM I should get, either the G. Skill Ripjaws V Series DDR4 3200MHz (2x8) 16GB RAM, or the Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200MHz (2x8) 16GB RAM.

Now I am kind of leaning towards the Corsair Vengeance LPX RAM because it's $135 while the G. Skill Ripjaws V Series RAM is $150. So which one is better in terms of performance for a Ryzen 5 1600 CPU?

Also if anyone wants to suggest a better set of RAM for my desired CPU then by all means go ahead. Appreciate it!

Solution
I'm not finding anything at $150 for RAM specifically designed for Ryzen. I'd go for something like 2400 MHz memory g.skill flare x (or fortis), reaching 3200 MHz seems rare.

I plan on buying that same motherboard but with this RAM: G.Skill 16GB FlareX 2x 8GB DDR4 3200MHz PC4-25600 CL14 Black - F4-3200C14D-16GFX
It's on the QVL list of tested RAMs of that motherboard. 3200 Mhz CL14. It doesn't get any better than this, but it's pricier, and I'm supossing you're seeking more value instead of max RAM performance.

From those two, probably would go with the cheaper one, because it's cheaper.

The RAM you listed does sound pretty good though, but do you know of any other RAM that is compatible with this motherboard, as well as being XMP enabled for Ryzen? I would prefer the price to not go above $150 if that's possible.

Well, with 100% certain sure that will work, no. BUT, this site: http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/amd_ryzen_5_1400_review,25.html
has lots of RAMs tested, that, in general, normally works.

Question, do you know how much frames would be lost if I got 2400MHz RAM as opposed to 3200MHz RAM? I have heard the Ryzen CPUs preform better with more RAM.
