Block Android APP in Router?

Hi guys,

Just curious if anyone has been successful or knows of a way to block an andoid app from accessing my network? I need to block the Sims android app.

Any help is much appreciated.

I have a TP-Link Archer D7 Modem/Router

IP and Port it uses and redirect it to 127.0.0.1

So how would i find out what ip an app uses? Shouldnt it also use port 80 probably?

depends on what you can see for traffic in the router. WireShark may help. Or engage OpenDNS services, they have the ability to restrict classes of traffic as well as monitor activity on your gateway
