Need help to play games in 720p, but im on a budget.

My 2 options are these:

Celeron G3930 and GT 730

vs

Pentium G4600 HD 630 integrated graphics

The others parts:

Gigabyte - GA-H110M-M.2 Micro ATX LGA1151
Crucial - 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Western Digital - Caviar Blue 320GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
EVGA - 500W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply

Is a really tight budget and only can choose one of those options

that sound like a plan. You're still going to need more RAM at some point but I'm sure you know that by now.
I would recommend a 1050 Ti over the 1050 as an upgrade. it's only $150 and is a...

G4600. Although, have you tried looking for an upgrade through places like Craigslist?
I would also recommend as your next upgrade another 4GB stick of RAM because the integrated graphics is going to use RAM in place of vram on a card and having a bit more will help you out.

none of those two cpus is great

i do consider that the gt 730 is way better than a intel gpu, so i would get that one but be sure to find the gt 730 with the more cuda cores and right core speed, there is 3 gt730 and only 1 is worth buying, also buy the one with ddr5, the ddr3 is likely o be the slower weaker gt 730, if you really find it very cheap is viable, otherwise, if you find a cheap gt1030, i would buy that, in fact i did :D

with that hardware list, you can add later the intel g4560 or the g4620, be sure to update bios first, so mainboard supports those 7th gen cpus, in fact i would buy the celeron to use it untill i get to buy the pentiums mentioned, you might find the celerons to be enough, but those pentiums are 2 cores and 4 threads, that does help with some games

yes, add ram to make it 8 gbs, dualchannel for extra performance

I wasn't saying to buy it at the same time. I was saying as another upgrade down the road I recommend another 4GB of RAM. I completely understood that you only have money for a CPU/Graphics upgrade right now.

The Intel HD 630 integrated graphics is better than any GT 730. Unless he happens to overclock it and can overclock it a lot the G4600 is a better choice out of the two options.

the dedicated gpu will not eat ram from the system that on this case is already very limited at 4 gbs, it will support more games and will work better in general, no intel gpu is in reality a decent gpu, some are just acceptable, but they are intel gpus after all, a temporary solution, that is why i mention to go for the gt1030, the 730 could be nt that great for 720 put most reviews you find of it will show that indeed is decent for that resolution

Some people say that, but i want to be sure because intel integrated graphics have bad reputation.

from what I can tell looking at how you only have 4GB of RAM you need to have 2GB of that to run windows and the other 2GB for games so I would say to go with the CPU/GPU combo. However If you were to find a way to stretch your budget to get another stick of 4GB (with the same speed and timings or an exact same stick as the one you have) I would recommend the G4600 or to put that extra money towards the better 2GB version of a GT 730 and go with the G3930. I still recommend doing some craigslist hunting to maybe find the better GT 730 (or an equivalent card) for less and then be able to go with the better G4600 processor. Those are just my thoughts though, It's all your choice in the end.

I assume you found this GT 730 somewhere pretty cheap. I would go with that combo and then do the upgrade on RAM at a later date when you get the money for it. I was just doing a simple search for the GT 730 and found that to fit in your budget you would be getting a 1GB version.

I forgot to tell you that I'm interested of playing games from 2013 and before mostly and some new ones. Probably upgrade to i5 and GTX 1050 next year.

I would recommend a 1050 Ti over the 1050 as an upgrade. it's only $150 and is a lot better than the regular 1050. better bang for buck and all that.
