Safe to unpark i5 6600K with this cooler?

I have this cooler http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-d92/
I was wondering if it'd be safe to experiment with unparking for performance boosts

It won't cause 100% CPU load, it will just turn off certain power saving features. There's no risks involved and it likely won't even affect the power usage much. I doubt it would affect performance in games much either.

I'm already overclocked. I went to delete this thread but they don't allow deletion of threads on this website. I mean unpark. It makes the CPU go at 100% even if it's not NEEDED so you sometimes get better performance, but it's an outdated strategy and I don't want to do it now.
