I bought a new 32 channel down and 8 channel up modem and its doing worse than my 8 channel down modem, my router is a decent ac1750 by linksys original retail price was about 180$ I think, I got it last year. I pay for 150 down and 15 up. But before I got 130 approx. On the old modem and on the new one it is like 120 and connection is iffy. Also the main reason my speeds are slow is because mediacom still hasnt come and redid the line from the tap. But I know my system as a whole can support 150. Also I've been having trouble with my nat type as moderate, I tried to have the energy saver mode on my Xbox one so It releases a new upnp I'd but that hasn't worked.
