  1. Hi,
Open "Disk Management" (W10 is right-click Start..), then find the USB drive if it shows.

It's possible there's now no DRIVE LETTER. Right-click the drive data and add one, perhaps "E" or "F".

Thanks but I already tried that . there r like 4 partitions for the drive . And I when I right-click it I can't choose anything
  3. 1. Show us a screencap off your Disk Management window.

    2. What command, specifically, did you use to change from fat32 to NTFS?

    1. I don't know how to post pic

    2. This is the way that I use to convert it . At this website I used the convert.exe way :http://www.partition-tool.com/resource/convert-file-system-from-fat32-to-ntfs.htm

    2. From your link:
"Before we use "convert.exe" to convert file system from FAT32 to NTFS, it's always a good idea to back up existing data because this operation possibly result in data loss. "

    Well....for one, you have a 3TB drive, not a 2TB drive. Disk 2.

    Try the application TestDisk.
But you will need a whole different drive to maybe possibly recover to.

Thanks . Can you tell me more on the steps to use it?

They've written the whole procedure here:
