Is the HP xw4600 CPU's heatsink compatible with the z800?

I purchased an additional matching CPU for my Z800 as it can have two. I was going to order a CPU Heatsink for it too, but they are expensive. I later cracked open one of my spare xw4600's to raid its video card. My question is; can I reuse the heatsink from the HP xw4600 and put it on top of my new CPU for the Z800?

It seemed to be (at a glance) the same heatsink, and looked to be about the same size by eyeballing it.

I really doubt it. But if you have one, try it. If it fits the mount, it fits. Original LGA 771 and LGA 1366 mounting holes are different, however many large manufactures can use their own mounts installed on the originals, which can take take several different sized coolers. I haven't seen what HP uses but it's very possible.
