Hello everyone i'm trying to build a budget gaming pc and i was wondering if these components are all compatible with each other, i'd appreciate your expertise. I plant on using windows 10.

components : Intel Core i5-4690K @ 3.5GHz
Fractal Design Core 2300 mid tower
Kingston 8GB (Kit 2x4GB) 1600MHz DDR3 CL11 DIMM SR x8
ASUS GTX950-OC-2GD5
ASUS PRIME H270-PLUS motherboard
Scythe SCMG-4000 Mugen 4 cpu cooler
Samsung 850 EVO 500GB ssd
Corsair RM650x
ARCTIC F12 Low Speed 4 of these

Solution
Well I'd recommend AMD's r5 series with a good b350 board as you're able to overlcock on any b350 board. You also dont need a cooler if you get the 1600, 1500x, 1400 as they come with really good stock coolers. You will also need some DDR4 ram to go with your board since DDR3 isnt supported by newer boards nowadays

That build isnt quite right. You've gota 270 board with a Haswell CPU. Whats your budget and why are you going with old parts?

Looks good but I wouldn't suggest getting a 950, it's a last generation GPU that gets outperformed by the 1050 and 1050ti for the same price. But otherwise the build looks fine, you won't even need an aftermarket cooler unless you really want one. And the motherboard looks fine except it only has 2 Memory slots. Could limit further upgradability even tho you won't need 4 sticks of ram. And maybe an HDD if you want more storage.
