High magnetic levetation or high static pressure for cpu cooler fan?

Hi guys!

I know one of these is what you need for a good cpu cooler fan, but I don't know which one.

Any help is much appreciated.

static pressure to move air through the cooler.

Radiators and cpu coolers should have static pressure fans
Case fans should be high flow fans
