I believe my computer is turning off because the GPU and CPU are hitting over 60C while gaming. The idle temperatures are beautiful. I have checked to make sure the CPU cooler is properly installed. I have also checked the GPU to make sure it is clean and the fan is spinning. When I turn all of the fans on 100% I don't see any improvements except in the CPU's temperature. I don't know how to get the GPU to run any cooler. It didn't have this problem with my last CPU cooler.

Over 60C in gaming is not an issue at all, unless you are hitting 90s. Need full system specs, did the issue happen right after you changed the CPU cooler? I would re-install that with new thermal paste, make sure everything is seated properly including the CPU.

I have decided that I will be returning the x62 and getting the x52 because it will fit better in my case. I put the old CPU Cooler back on which is the Cooler Master 120 XL and got everything working normally. Hopefully the I won't have any problems with the new CPU cooler. I'm also going to be getting the HUE+ with more fans
