I'm preety sure there's an error that can't be detected by windows. Eversince I factory resetted my laptop, it recently freezes, having keyboard delays, having high disk and memory usage but no heavy program is running. Any one can solve this please?

Solution
You should open resource manager in windows to see what processes are eating away at your system.
It will tell you the exe oe whatever that's eating system resources.
Google the name of the exe causing you issues. After you know what program the exe belongs to.
Uninstall the program causing the issue(s).

Alternatively, you could format your hard drive and re-install Windows.
OR
Run CHKDSK with the /R switch (Google it)
