I can run GTA 5 so don't say this build is crap (40-60 FPS MEDIUM-HIGH SETTINGS)

And also arma 3 is all on high and no lag playing KOTH with a full server!

This all cost me $250

So it runs a couple 4 year old games at acceptable fps, although you don't mention what resolution. It depends what you want, its not going to do well playing the latest heavy games like BF1 but if that doesn't bother you then you have a setup that meets your needs.

I have the cpu oced to 3.4 thats not much but it can run it medium to high settings even online
