New Comp build. CPU light on motherboard.

So I am just finished my first build.
all fans power on, l.e.d.s are on. power switch works. The CPU light is on. but there is no beeping.
Here is my part list.
Gigabyte ab350-gaming 3
razyen 5 1400
8 gig viper.

I have done research and It sounds like it might be a bad cpu or motherboard.
Any thoughts?

So the problem with it was I had the wrong memory. I was off by one part number. Got new memory and now my problem is. it beeps saying its booted but the vga light is on. I thought that this motherboard had a build in video card. (not a big deal I have a card coming just going to take a while for it to get here.)
