I was able to hit 4.4ghz stable at 1.35vcore.

Stable for 24+ hours Real-bench and 2 week gaming.

Temps 50c Max running Aida64 Xtreme and Real-Bench.

I am running a bit high on the vcore but 1.35 has proven safe @ 50C max. average 25-28c at idle

I feel that I won the silicon lotter with this cpu as it often has issues hitting 4ghz stable.

Specs are in sig. Ram is running at 3200mhz

Will I notice any difference running higher then 4.4ghz or is this enough.

Solution
I doubt you would notice any difference at 4.5.
You want to keep your vcore under about 1.3v for haswell.
I think you are a bit high.
As of 10/11/2016
I7-6800K overclock potential @ about 1.3 vcore
4.2 96%
4.3 79%
4.4 44%
4.5 11%
4.6 2%

Would love to see the link you got those stats from. Thanks.

These stats came from silicon lottery.
They bin chips and sell the better ones for a price premium.
I was interested and collected the stats, but since they are no longer interested in these processors, you may have to search for the info in their forums.
