I Have been trying to get the ram to run at a higher frequency than the 2133 it runs out of the box, it runs fine at 2667, but when I try and go above that it gets a little weird, I can get up to 2997 and cpu at 3.9, and it works! I can run benchmarks and stress tests and everything seems to be going ok, I played video games for 5 hours!! not a problem, restarted pc, saved the bios settings and went to bed. Now it wont post, on the cold start. after messing with it again for a long while with the same settings it wont go past 2667. then after trial and error its at 2997 again. sat over night it will not post again. I have just got it running at 3.9 2997 again I'm using it now, but I can feel it in my bones that it is going to happen again, I can restart the pc now and it still continues to stay at those settings but if its turned on from a cold boot it tries to post 5 times and then reverts back to factory default.
